There are many things you can do to improve your property and therefore chances on the market, here are a few tips to get you started.

Clean: An empty, dirty property with dust everywhere is very uninviting.

Clear Clutter: Remove all personal photographs and items from each room. Leave only three items per display area and try to clear as much clutter as possible, putting it into storage if necessary until the property is sold.

Cooking: Cooking smells are a definite no-no when it comes to viewings. Try and freshen your home by opening windows before any viewings.

Floors: Make sure floors are spotless. If you have dirty carpets, either have them cleaned, replace them with new ones or remove them.
